Please pray for our Australian Christmas Party today - some of our non-Christian host families will be visiting. We'll be greatly encouraged to see Tomoyuki and Keiichi from FOCUS 2007, coming up for the day from Nagoya - it's a holiday for them.
Our homestays have been an excellent experience of Japan. We have had 3 nights at one house, and just last night swapped to new ones. It's great to be listening to lots more Japanese, especially hearing our English translated for husbands or sons who don't know English - it gives lots of context for us to hear new words and build our language skill. You should hear Serene's accent - very genuine!
